POLICY OF RETURN SOLAM SPORTS

 

An item that is still brand-new and unused may be exchanged or returned within 30 days after delivery.

 

Products need to be in their original packaging.

 

For used or damaged items, refunds or exchanges are not always possible.

 

How to Make a Return

 

Please use the online returns/exchange form to create and print your return authorization.

 

Return Exceptions

 

Final Sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned. Closeout merchandise, gift cards, and customized bars are additional purchases that cannot be returned.

 

Items that are returned incomplete or without the original packaging are not eligible for a refund or exchange. (New clothes may be returned without the box it came in.)


 

Exchanges

 

For most items, CONUS 48 purchasers are only responsible for return shipping. For items that need freight delivery or are large, there will be a return shipping charge.

 

 

 

All buyers outside the CONUS 48 will be responsible for paying for shipping in both directions.


 

Process Exceptions to Return

 

Please give your exchange or refund processing 3-5 business days.

 

 

 

Most of the time, the original payment method you used to complete the purchase will instantly get your refund.

 

 

 

As part of any exchange or return, the initial shipping costs you paid for your order are not refundable.

 

 

 

If you have any issues or if you received a broken or incorrect item, please contact us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

You have the choice to cancel the order at any time before it enters the "Processing" stage.

 

Once the order has been sent for processing, it cannot be canceled.

 

You may monitor the status of your order via the Solam Sports Shipping System and the "Order History" link on your account page.

 

Only the entire order may be canceled; individual items cannot be canceled.

 

If you still want certain products from the canceled transaction, you must create a new order.

 

Requests to cancel orders must be submitted to teamsolamexp@gmail.com.

 

If it is possible to cancel your purchase, Solam Sports will send you an email to let you know. In the "Order History" tab of your account page, you can verify canceled orders.

 

If you cannot cancel an order because it has reached the "Processing" stage, you may return it by following the instructions listed above in our return policy.
